Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a cancellation and get a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

CANCELLATIONS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (24) hours of the purchase of the course. The cancelled course must be new and must not be completed more than 20%.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

To cancel any purchase, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, stop pursuing with the course and provide and proof of purchase alongwith the explanation why you want to cancel, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your purchased course, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
